Authors and Master Naturalists Bill and Martelle Leudecke will present “Plants Send Smoke Signals” at the monthly meeting of the Highland Lakes Master Naturalists. Distressed plants can communicate with insects and other plants to ask for help. Members of the public are invited to attend this FREE event, during which the Leudeckes will discuss the methods that plants use to send up these “smoke signals” for help.
