“Water Conservation for Austin Home Landscapes,” Travis County Master Gardeners

Kevin Kluge, Water Conservation Manager at Austin Water, will present “Water Conservation for Austin Home Landscapes, Today and Tomorrow,” from 10 a.m. to noon on June 8th. This FREE virtual program will be presented on Zoom. Interested parties must register, whether for the live or recorded presentation (real-time participant limit is 100, but all registrants will be able to access the recording).

The presenter will describe ways in which homeowners can save water this summer and tap into rebate programs. Austin Water has a wide range of programs to help residential customers save water, particularly in their outdoor landscapes. That’s a good thing because weather models forecast this summer to be extra hot and dry.
