Drs. Nancy Moran and Felicity Muth will present their cutting-edge research on bees related to colony collapse disorder and other stressors that contribute to the overall decline in the bee population. Dr. Moran’s research focuses on “gut communities” in honeybees and other social bees. Dr. Muth’s research is on cognitive ecology and the effects of human-created stressors on bees.
