Wade Hibler will be the featured speaker at the July “Green Thumb Program” presentation hosted by the Highland Lakes Master Gardeners Association. He will discuss several methods of rainwater collection. Part of the presentation will include a demonstration of the construction of a rain barrel. The completed rain barrel will be auctioned off at the end of the meeting.
