“Pollinators in Grasslands,” NPSOT Trinity Forks Chapter

During this FREE online event, Elinor  Lichtenberg, Ph.D.,  will provide an overview of what people can do to help conserve pollinators. She will summarize and present preliminary results from a project that is examining the impacts of different prairie management practices on plant and pollinator communities in the Cross Timbers ecoregion. Dr. Lichtenberg is an assistant professor at the University of North Texas, who focuses on plant-pollinator interactions. Please note that time is provided at 6:30 p.m. for socializing and a brief business meeting will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. The presentation will start afterwards.
