“SamtheFungi” will lead this workshop about how to grow your own mushrooms. The program will cover how they grow, what they eat, how they produce mushrooms, and how to become symbiotic with them for our benefit. The workshop includes a hands-on demonstration on creating your own mycelial systems to potentially produce mushrooms. According the Botanical Garden’s website, all materials will be provided. Registration costs $20 and is due no later than 24 hours before the start of the class. Note: This class is a repeat of the one offered on Saturday, March 15.
