The instructor known as “SamtheFungi” will talk about mushrooms like Reishi, Lions Mane, Turkey Tail, Maitake, and Cordyceps. Topics to be covered include how mushrooms can potentially help us become more adaptogenic and their application at Micro and Macro scales to mitigate environmental disasters. Registration costs $15 and is due no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the event. Note: This class will be offered a second time on April 15, 2023.
