The HLBWS Study Group meets at 11:00 a.m. on the third Monday of each month, from September through June. This will be the first discussion of the 2024-2025 program year. The group will revisit the topic of bird migration based on the September speaker’s presentation. Jordan Weingarten recommended the book, Flight Paths, by Rebecca Heisman. Participants may also want to familiarize themselves with the BirdCast tool before the meeting. And don’t forget - lights out from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. to reduce risks for migrating birds!
