Today marks the “Global Big Day” of birdwatching. To participate, simply go birdwatching on this date at a convenient location for at least 10 minutes. Then record your observations (location, times, each species seen and the count of individuals within species) and submit them in eBird. That’s all it takes to be part of a world-wide effort to gather data from citizen-scientists!
