“Gardening for Bats,” Williamson Co. Ch., NPSOT

Erin Cord, Community Engagement Manager for Bat Conservation International, will provide a “Bats 101” overview about these animals and their ecological importance. (Amusing side note: HLBWS admins have heard people affectionately refer to bats as “flappy sky puppies”!) Ms. Cord will explain how participants can help bats right in their own backyards by creating a bat garden. Please register for this online event using the link provided here.
