Two short documentary films about artist and naturalist Kent Bonar will be shown at the library, FREE. The first one, titled The Naturalist (2001), documents Bonar’s lifestyle and philosophy on living in the Ozark forests of Arkansas. The second one, Forty Years in the Woods (2003), focuses on the publication of Bonar’s hand-illustrated atlas of Arkansas native plants and the related exhibit at the Old State House Museum in Little Rock.
