“Falconry: A Modern Look at an Ancient Art with Hesper Fang,” Travis Audubon

This event is FREE and open to the public. The speaker, Hesper Lena Fang, has been a licensed falconer since 2019. She will talk about the ancient art of falconry, one of the oldest forms of hunting practiced by humans. Ms. Fang is among some 4,000 licensed falconers in North America. She will described contemporary falconry, its connection to raptor conservation, rehabilitation and habitat preservation.
