“Exploring Mountain Cedar with Elizabeth McGreevy,” Wimberley Parks & Recreation

Elizabeth McGreevy, author of Wanted! Mountain Cedars: Dead and Alive, will discuss the various types of mountain cedar, their myths, and why there is so much anti-cedar sentiment. The workshop will benefit all Hill Country nature enthusiasts, landowners, Master Naturalists, and all those interested in learning about mountain cedar (correctly identified as Ashe Juniper). Participants will meet at the Blue Hole Regional Park Community Pavilion at 12:00 PM.

Online registration is required. Tickets cost $25 per person.
